SRT to Buy Bankrupt Amtel-Vredestein Factories?

According to a Reuters news brief, Sibur Russian Tyres is seeking to acquire the Russian tyre factories belonging to the bankrupt rival Amtel-Vredestein. The company’s deputy head is reported as saying this acquisition would take place with co-financing from the state.
