EMI+ “Helps Businesses Improve Their Bottom Line”
MAM Software has announced a brand new release of EMI+, a powerful business intelligence module that helps business managers develop a deeper understanding of their business. In today’s competitive and congested aftermarket, MAM believes that EMI+ version 2.1 can deliver the reliable, up-to-date information that managers need to respond to challenging conditions and make informed decisions.
“EMI+ is designed to help businesses improve their bottom line” said Mike Jamieson, MAM’s Managing Director. “It enables managers to quickly and easily analyse their business, identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement. At a glance, they can instantly detect gaps in buying patterns or isolate sales that are affecting margins.
“This latest release delivers significant new product enhancements to enrich data analysis and further improve usability. The new alerts feature, for example, provides an ‘early warning system’ that helps intercept business problems before they escalate.”
Combining an intuitive user interface with powerful calculation routines and rich visualisations, EMI+ v2.1 simplifies the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides managers with information they want, in the format they want, when they want.
EMI+ integrates with MAM’s Autopart v20 management software to collate information from throughout the organisation and provide a valuable insight into the factors that most influence performance. Sales, customer, supplier and staff data can all be collected, monitored and assessed from a single interface, making analysis incredibly quick and easy.
Customised views, graphs and charts communicate data graphically, making it easier to identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement. At a glance, managers can instantly detect gaps in buying patterns or isolate sales that are affecting margins.
The new EMI+ alerts feature provides notifications whenever certain conditions occur. The user-friendly wizard allows criteria to be defined using virtually any Autopart data field. An unlimited number of alerts can be created and configured to run at user-defined intervals. Alerts can be sent via e-mail or set to appear in Autopart’s point-of-sale.
