Norbar Torque Wrench Tester
Used in conjunction with the TruCheck Plus 1000, the new fixture simulates the conditions of a bolted joint. Its use can reduce spend on testing, making it one of the most cost-effective ways of testing a wide variety of pneumatic torque wrenches with outputs up to 1000 N.m (750 lbf.ft). Philip Brodey, Sales & Marketing Director of Norbar said: “The Power Tool Test Fixture cuts costs by reducing tool downtime for Pneutorque users. Users will no longer need to send their tools away for testing when they can test them in-house. Heavy users of pneumatic wrenches, such as production lines, will be able to implement regular tests of the wrenches with no external cost. Any suspected issues with a tool can be identified immediately and corrective action taken if necessary. This tester has the potential to pay for itself many times over.”
