Lassa Competes With Competus Range

Lassa’s 4×4 offering focuses on its Competus range of on/off road four-wheel drive radials. According to company literature the Competus design philosophy was to produce a tyre that can “handle all types of weather on all kinds of driving surfaces including snow, mud and dirt.”

The tyre features an aggressive tread pattern and numerous sipes for improved traction in wintry conditions. And furthermore the shoulder blocks, which feature “square” edges give the tyre extra bite in snow and mud. According to the company, the sidewall features a special dual-compound tread to contribute to ride comfort.

The tyre is available with raised white sidewall lettering in all 12 of its 15-17-inch, 65 to 80 series sizes with the exception of 205/80R16.
