Infinity to Show 2 New Tyres

The focal point of Infinity’s 144 square metre stand at Autopromotec 2009 will be the brand’s two new products – the new INF 059 winter van tyre and the INF 200 on-road 4×4 tyre.

The INF 059 will be available from Autumn 2009 and will feature five products ranging in size from 14 to 16 inch diameters. According to company representatives, tt will complement the existing Infinity winter tyre range and will feature a distinctive asymmetric tread pattern and a “proven winter rubber compound.”

In terms of performance, the new INF 059 is said to offer improved braking performance, extensive tread wear resistance, and low noise ride comfort. In addition, the reinforced bead within the INF 059 ensures safe handling on all types of winter road surface.

In Bologna, Infinity will also be featuring a brand new 4×4 tyre – the INF 200. This tyre is suitable for on road and light off-road use. According to the company, this tyre offers good handling, excellent braking performance and minimal stone retention. The INF 200 will be available in three sizes (15, 16 and 17 inch) from summer 2009 and the range as a whole will cover a total of 10 different products.

In addition to the two new tyres Infinity will be showcasing other tyres from its comprehensive tyre range. “In response to customer demand and market trends, the past few years have seen a significant increase in the depth and quality of the Infinity range,” company representatives told Tyres & Accessories. As a result the Infinity tyre portfolio now covers the passenger car, ultra high performance, 4×4, SUV, winter, van, light truck and bus, OTR, agricultural and industrial segments. Furthermore all Infinity tyres have both the “E” and “S” markings and are manufactured under strict quality controls (QS9000, ISO/TS16469:2000).

The prominent Infinity Autopromotec 2009 stand is in Hall 20, Stand D24 where staff from Infinity and the Al Dobowi Group will be available throughout the show.
