Titan Tire Promotes Two

Titan Tire Corporation has announced two senior staff promotions. Jeff Kramer, previously operations manager for the company’s Des Moines, Iowa facility, has taken on the role of vice president of manufacturing engineering, and Dave Fines is taking Kramer’s place in Des Moines.

Jeff Kramer has been with Titan for 13 years and has held positions in tyre engineering, curing area management and production management. As vice president of manufacturing engineering, Kramer will oversee manufacturing engineering projects at all Titan Tire locations.

“In his new role, Jeff will lead Titan as we continue to grow and incorporate new ideas into our engineering processes,” said Bill Campbell, president of Titan Tire Corporation. “We look forward to working with Jeff in this capacity.”

Dave Fines will relocate from Titan’s Brownsville, Texas, facility, where he served since 1998, most recently as operations manager. Fines has also held positions at Titan as a supervisor and manufacturing manager. As operations manager in Des Moines, Fines will be responsible for the manufacturing, engineering and support activities within the facility.

“We are very pleased to welcome Dave back to Des Moines,” said Campbell. “He is great to work with and brings with him a great deal of experience earned in the tyre business.”
