Bridgestone Europe Takes Full Control of Bandag EMEA

The purchase was completed on December 31st. Bandag EMEA was already operationally reporting to Bridgestone Europe, and Bridgestone calls the change in ownership ‘another step towards the better integration of the two companies’. Commenting on the latest developments, vice president of Sales & Marketing at Bridgestone Europe, Gerry Duffy, said: “We believe that by further integrating our areas of expertise we will be unrivalled as the best service providers to the transport industry in Europe.”
