Tyres Subject to ‘Biblical’ Wrath in US
And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tyre for tyre…. Two men in the US city of Dallas have taken a biblical approach to their differences following an argument on October 27. According to Dallas Police, the gents were seen “arguing and getting angry with each other” in a car park at 7.30pm. The Police have released details of what followed.
One of the arguing men took a knife and slashed the tyres of the other man’s car. The second man then proceeded to grab an object from the toolbox in the boot of his car and slash the tyres on the first man’s car. It was at this stage that the long arm of the law flexed its muscles.
Neither man, unsurprisingly, wished to press charges against the other. Police officers escorted both gentlemen to their homes, and warned them to stay away from each other and not to further tamper with the other party’s vehicle when returning to change the damaged tyres.
