Pro-Align Going the Extra Mile for Customers
Pro-Align says its passion for wheel alignment means the company is prepared to go far beyond simply supplying Hunter wheel alignment equipment. It has been instrumental in initiating the debate on the creation of a wheel alignment standard, which can be recognised by the industry and consumer alike.
From Pro-Align’s own experience and feedback from customers who have selected Hunter alignment systems, a demand exists for a ‘proper’ four-wheel alignment service. By ‘proper’, businesses mean they are looking to make sure the alignment service they offer is carried out as close to the car manufacturer’s procedures for wheel alignment as possible – thus leaving minimal room for criticism that ‘they don’t do it right’.
Manufacturer’s procedures are there to ensure that when a car is measured ‘in the aftermarket’ not only to the factory alignment tolerances, but also to the OE manufacturer’s standard for that specific vehicle. Within the Hunter range of wheel aligners there are models that not only meet but exceed the exacting standards set by the car manufacturers, whether conventional sensors or HawkEye Imaging. Hunter is a leading supplier to car manufacturers, their research & test facilities and dealer networks worldwide.
In light of current took of an economic slowdown, Pro-Align further comments that while a knee-jerk reaction may be to cut back on investment, times like this are actually when businesses most need investment to help them stay ahead and win trade from stagnant competitors. Thus, Pro-Align is seeing those retail tyre shops that are taking a positive approach to the situation and are considering investing in a four-wheel alignment system, such as the Hunter, as a way to generate additional revenue.
Pro-Align already offers customers advice on how to improve the selling of their four-wheel alignment service. However, this autumn Pro-Align is offering a series of special seminars on the ‘Marketing and Selling of Alignment’. These seminars are open to customers and non-customers alike; Pro-Align says anyone wanting to ‘up’ the alignment game for their business is welcome. The seminars will be held at Pro-Align’s facility in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The company adds that if a customer feels they should be making more of their four-wheel alignment business – regardless of what brand equipment – but they are not sure how to do this, they can register their interest in the seminars by e-mailing enquires@pro-align.co.uk.
