TyreSafe Appoints Market Engineering for National PR Campaigns
TyreSafe has appointed Market Engineering as its PR agency. The agency was selected from a shortlist of five and will deliver a stream of news and educational stories to both trade and consumer audiences. The agency will also be responsible for promoting Tyre Safety Month in October.
“Following the decision of our PR agency of 13 years, Automotive PR, to direct their resources to new markets, we needed to recruit a worthy successor and Market Engineering impressed us with their industry knowledge, original ideas and creative thinking,” says Rob Beddis, chairman, TyreSafe. “We look forward to working together to implement successful and dynamic PR campaigns, starting with Tyre Safety Month in October 2008. Market Engineering will commence PR activity on behalf of TyreSafe from 1st July 2008. The account will be led by Danny Rughoobeer, aftermarket account director. Accounts handled by his team include Caparo, Delphi and XPart. The agency was recently listed by PR Week as one of the top technology agencies in the UK.
