Kwik-Fit Network Granted PAS80 Accreditation

Public expectations of service and quality of product offering within the fast-fit industry are much higher than in past years, and Kwik-Fit has thus recently benefited from becoming PAS80 accredited. All 570 UK centres have been awarded the distinction by the Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance.

PAS80 is specifically designed for the motor repair trade and concentrates on standards for customer service and fair trading as well as ensuring that technical and service standards are maintained. Achieving PAS80 accreditation is a major milestone for the company, says Kwik-Fit, as it validates the high standards it is already achieving in many of these new areas.

David White, customer services director at Kwik-Fit, commented: “We are delighted to have achieved PAS80 accreditation. We believe it is the most relevant and up-to-date standard in the motor industry. And while there are many other worthy accreditation schemes out there, PAS80 is one of a recognisable series of specification and standards from BSi.”
