Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. promoted Kurt Thomas to director of North American supply chain, where he will oversee warehousing and logistics, operations planning and new technology/lean supply chain. Thomas had been director of operations for Cooper’s Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels unit. (Tire Review/Akron)
