Snap-on Announces Sales, Marketing and Operation Appointments
Snap-on Equipment has appointed new national sales, UK field service and marketing managers. Matt Stephens has been appointed as National Sales Manager. He brings almost 20-years’ sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, most recently as UK Sales Manager for tyre consumables supplier, Auto4. Prior to that Matt was a Regional Sales Manager for Würth, the workshop supplies specialist. He is supported by John Dawes, who joins as Marketing Coordinator. John previously worked as Marketing Specialist for semiconductor manufacturer, Microchip.
In addition, Ian Phillips joins as UK Field Service Manager. Phillips has extensive customer service management experience with Pitney Bowes, Cleanaway and most recently Cannon Consumables. He is supported by Amardeep Bath, who joins as Customer Support & Service Team Leader. Amardeep has extensive call centre operations experience with Orange, Smart Telecom and most recently Lloyds TSB.
