50 Pirelli Carlisle Workers to Strike Over Pay

50 tyre production staff that are members of the GMB Union, will reportedly strike at Pirelli’s Carlisle. They are reportedly planning a walkout on 9 January. GMB Cumbria regional organiser, Ged Caig, told the Carlisle News & Star that negotiations are still open in an attempt to stop the strike going ahead and that he would be happy to meet them.
