New First Stop Website
Bridgestone UK has launched a new first stop web site. The site, www.firststoppartners.co.uk, has been designed to cater for the growing number of independent tyre retailers signing up to the First Stop network – the loyalty programme of Bridgestone UK. It offers a host of interactive features, including downloadable brochures and guides, latest news, contact details for key First Stop personnel, and an online shop selling promotional products.
The site also boasts access to marketing tools, answers to technical questions, information on Bridgestone UK’s safety campaigns, and details of the company’s training and investment programs – as well as outlining all the benefits of being a First Stop member.
“The site is aimed at all First Stop members and any tyre dealers who are interested in joining us,” said Andy Lane, marketing manager at Bridgestone UK. “The First Stop network is growing all the time, and this allows our members to make the most of it.
“Retailers can keep up with the latest developments from First Stop and Bridgestone UK, such as the new ‘model store’ concept and the quality program we recently launched, while our Knowledge Base page provides them with answers to a full range of technical questions about tyres.
“It also puts an exciting range of marketing services at their fingertips, including Market Link, where members can upload their client database and use it to send text or email alerts to their customers. In addition, they can use our marketing agency to produce anything they might need to promote their business, such as press ads, mail shots, stationery and branded novelties.
“Other features include an online order form for subsidised First Stop-branded clothing and free point-of-sale material, information on the exclusive rates we’ve negotiated with our suppliers for members, and contact details for First Stop’s business development managers across the UK.”
Members can take advantage of preferential buying rates for Bridgestone, Firestone, Dayton and First Stop tyres, as well as a host of other benefits, including First Stop signs fitted to their outlets, free branded clothing, and the expertise of an assigned Business Development Manager, who can help increase business profitability.
The First Stop network currently has nearly 200 members across the country.
