Toyo Chosen as ‘Technical Partner’ For Eibach Springs UK

Toyo Tyre UK has announced that the company has been chosen as an official ‘Technical Partner’ of Eibach UK, the leading suspension manufacturer. Eibach are well known in the Tuning, OE and Motorsports markets as brand leaders and are in the enviable position of being approved suppliers to many of the World’s leading automotive brands.

Having assessed and tested many other leading tyre brands, Eibach UK chose Toyo for it’s “superior balance, performance and predictability on the limit,” according to a company statement.

With immediate effect, the deal will see all Eibach UK demo and project cars rolling on a range of Toyo products including the Proxes T1-R and Proxes R888. Naturally, many Toyo project and staff cars will also run a range of Eibach products to improve their handling and appearance.

On announcing the partnership, Eibach UK MD, Julian Gill was very complimentary about the Toyo product. “This is a perfect fit for us,” he said. “Our philosophy is all about creating ‘real-world’ usability whilst improving handling and control. Our products look for that perfect balance between comfort and control. Our exhaustive tests showed Toyo to share that same design focus.”

Currently, both Toyo Europe and Eibach’s German HQ are planning a similar strategic alliance which will include a full 30 date European roadshow and some exciting project cars.
