The TC-125 will cut steel belted radial tyres with a rim diameter up to 52 inches and this includes radial tractor tyres.

An uncomplicated three handle procedure allows for comfortable operator control of all the cutters functions. The machine incorporates a roller table for easy manoeuvring of tyres and hydraulic positioning arms to hold the tyre in place. Even exceptionally heavy tyres can be lifted onto the machines roller table by a hydraulic lift. The heavy-duty moveable shear blade is sustained by two stationary blades for clean and easy cutting.

“Perhaps not surprisingly, there has been a significant amount of interest in our WS-05 mobile work station,” continued Arvid Vaaten. “This exceptional workhorse is designed for commercial truck tyre and wheel changing. The work station features a gas-strut assisted boom that supports the weight of those heavy impact wrenches and limits replacement costs by eliminating the problems associated with the wrench sliding under the rig from one side to the other. Suspending the impact wrench makes it capable of rotating to the desired position of the operator. It can move in all directions and when required, lock the wrench into a horizontal plane to prevent rounding of the wheel nuts.”

Not only does it reduce tyre changing time it also diminishes the likelihood of potential back pain problems sometimes associated with some conventional heavy commercial tyre mobile changing methods “Global sales of the Cheetah bead seating tool are increasing, well over 100,000 have now been sold,” said Vaaten. “It is a very practical, safe, economical and easy to use tool.
