New Alloy Wheel Repair System Proving Successful
Yorkshire based Ayce Systems has seen sales of Wheelrite Pro, the company’s new all-in-one alloy wheel repair kit, grow dramatically since it was introduced last year. Managing Director Ron Rae puts the success down to the flexibility of the machine. “Unlike some systems on the market Wheelrite Pro uses automatic pneumatic clamping so that it can handle all designs of car and motorcycle wheels up to 20 inch diameter, with or without a central hole. Because of this adaptability it is proving particularly popular with independent repair workshops”, he enthused.
Wheelrite Pro incorporates everything needed to repair and polish kerbed, scratched and corroded alloy wheels in one single unit. This includes pneumatic self-centring on a rotary turntable, integral beadbreaker, tyre inflation and pressure gauge and independent drive for grinding and polishing wheels.
In addition Ayce has just introduced a Wheelrite Spray Booth unit specially designed to work in conjunction with Wheelrite Pro. This unique paint filtration unit works equally well with both mobile and static alloy wheel repair operations and has a two-stage filter process which recycles 99 per cent clean air.
In line with its policy for offering a complete customers’ back up service Ayce provides a full starter kit with every Wheelrite machine plus a comprehensive range of consumables including a comprehensive set of alloy colours and lacquers in aerosols or liquid for use with a spraygun.
Ayce Systems is an approved supplier to Renault UK, Peugeot Motor Co Plc and First Auto (UK) Ltd. In addition Ayce is the only UK Smart Repair Training Centre approved by the MVRA. (Motor Vehicle Repairers Association).
