Fullen to Head Arnco Sales

(Akron/Tire Review) Mike Fullen has been named US national sales manager for Arnco. He will succeed Carolyn Harris, who plans to retire on July 1. Fullen joined Arnco in 2000 as a regional sales manager, and added responsibilities for running Arnco’s training program in 2004.
