EnTire, Siemens Enter Agreement

EnTire Solutions, LLC has entered into an agreement with Siemens VDO Service & Special Solutions, who will market and sell EnTire Solution tyre pressure monitoring (TPM) aftermarket sensors and service kits to service wholesalers and dealerships in the US as a part of the Siemens VDO offering. Two EnTire Solution aftermarket TPM sensors and valve service kits to support current original equipment business will be sold through Siemens VDO.

The two EnTire Solution sensors will service 11 different US market Honda, Acura, Hyundai and Kia vehicles. Specifically, these sensors support the following vehicles:

— 2005-06 Acura RL
— 2005-06 Acura TL
— 2005-06 Honda Pilot
— 2005-06 Honda Ridgeline
— 2006 Hyundai Tucson
— 2006 Kia Sportage
— 2007 Honda Element
— 2007 Hyundai Tuscani
— 2007 Hyundai Sonata
