Bridgestone Dealers Show Community Spirit
Bridgestone Tyre Centre franchisees in Western Australia recently signed a three year agreement with Australia’s Leukaemia Foundation to supply two fully maintained Holden Commodore vehicles for transporting patients to and from treatment centres in the West Australian capital of Perth.
The Bridgestone cars have been detailed to look like racing cars, and have proven to be highly popular with the foundation’s volunteer drivers and amongst patients and their families. They supply a key service to patients from regional areas who lack their regular support and transport networks while in Perth for Leukaemia treatment.
Bridgestone Tyre Centre franchise holders are reportedly delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to such a worthy cause. “It’s good to be able to help out and raise awareness in the community,” said franchisee Peter Breen.
