BEN’s Autosport Stand Features Le Mans Winners
The NEC in Birmingham will be brimming with nostalgia and the spell of Le Mans on 13 & 14 January as one of the most significant displays of Le Mans cars ever assembled will be reunited with their legendary drivers, at Autosport International. The Le Mans feature, in association with BEN and Motor Sport magazine, will reunite the famous drivers with their famous cars, tracing the history of this near-mythical race from its very beginnings in 1923.
Among the line-up of legendary Le Mans drivers at the show during these two days and, at a Gala Dinner being held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 13 January, will be Derek Bell – 5 times winner, Guy Smith – 2003 winner, Alan McNish – 1998 winner and Paddy Hopkirk – 1963 class winner. Other famous drivers include Mark Blundell and David Brabham to name but a few.
Le Mans fans will have the opportunity of meeting these drivers by visiting either the Le Mans display or BEN’s Stand No. 2662 in Hall 20 on the 13th or 14th or by attending the Gala Dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, on Saturday evening, 13 January. Thanks to the organisers a contribution from each ticket sold for the dinner will be given to BEN.
