Now Wash Your Hands…

Keeping hands clean can be a problem for mobile tyre fitters, but McConechy’s Tyre Services has come up with the answer by fitting its vans with hot water hand wash units from Teal.

The Tealwash unit holds five litres of clean water and provides 20 12-second hand washes per filling. It is powered by the vehicle’s electrics without draining the battery and can be fitted either inside or outside the vehicle. Water is heated to 45° and the unit complies with relevant European Directives. After washing, the water is flushed down the waste pipe provided or into a container which can be supplied as an extra.

To date, 60 of McConechy’s vans have been fitted with Tealwash units, with more to follow.
