New Name in Waste Processing
An Oldham based company specialising in the manufacture of bespoke shredding machinery has recently announced plans to relaunch its business. Formerly WSDE, the company not only has the new name of Shredding & Recycling Ltd but also a new corporate identity. The company provides a range of shredding machinery from single turnkey solutions to high volume standard applications capable of shredding and processing a multitude of waste materials.
Founded in 2001 by David Pharaoh and Don Reeves, the partners’ grounding in shredding technology has enabled Shredding and Recycling Ltd to manufacture bespoke machinery from single to three shaft shredders, with either mechanical or hydraulic drives. In addition to shredders, the company also offers a wide range of tailored waste processing equipment including balers, compactors, conveyors and extraction systems.
The typical industries for such waste processing equipment has historically been those of paper, card and plastic but Shredding & Recycling Ltd also offers a full range of machinery to accommodate tyre recycling and even nuclear and clinical waste processing!
David Pharaoh of Shredding & Recycling Ltd said of the new name and corporate identity: “Our new name and image is definitive of the waste management solutions that the company provides. In an age of environmental awareness and responsibility, our products provide a more energy efficient and cost effective disposal mechanism for waste. As we tailor our products to meet the specific needs of each customer whatever your shredding or waste processing needs may be, Shredding and Recycling Ltd can provide the solution”.
