National Tyres and Autocare Chooses Tyre Identifier
National Tyres and Autocare has signed up to Tyre Identifier, a unique service recently launched by Experian, the global information solutions company, in partnership with DriveRight, the global supplier of wheel and tyre data. Serving over one million customers every year as well as the UK’s largest car and van fleets from its network of over 200 branches across the UK, National has launched a new-look website incorporating Tyre Identifier, to provide its customers with a quicker and more accurate tyre identification service.
As a result, by simply entering a vehicle’s registration number, visitors to National’s new website can see straight away which replacement tyres are suitable for their vehicle and are then presented with an instant quotation.
Tyre Identifier is the first of its kind in the UK, allowing the automotive industry to increase the enquiry speed and provide greater visibility of options for their clients. In a web environment this is a critical factor in securing new business and ultimately will help give National competitive advantage in this field.
