Micheldever Appoints New Falken Brand Manager

Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd (MTS) has announced that Jon Limmer will take on the newly created Falken brand manager position at Micheldever. He will report directly to Alan Baldwin, wholesale director. Jon Limmer has been promoted from his current role with MTS of business development manager, South West of England and Wales region. Limmer has been with MTS for six years and can be described as a tyre industry veteran, having held a range of roles across his 20 years within the industry.

Alan Baldwin, wholesale director, said: “Our customers increasingly look to MTS to provide the very best services for their tyre needs. They also want their views clearly heard when it comes to designing our brands and simplifying the way we do business. The appointment of Jon will further our efforts to bring our customers into the development process of our brands and to make MTS the easiest tyre distributor to do business with.”

Jon Limmer added: “I am delighted to accept this new role and will work with our strong national sales teams, sales offices and marketing department, to ensure a consistent and innovative approach in how we deal with our customers as we drive forward with our ambition to make Falken tyres one of the very best brands in the UK. We have already planned some very exciting activities and additional support packages for 2007.”
