Sapphire Launches Retailer Connect Service
Sapphire Energy Recovery recently launched a new customer service at its Regional Collector Forum in Staffordshire. “Retailer Connect” enables customers calling into Sapphire’s customer service department to be instantly connected to one of Sapphire’s Regional Collectors for their own area.
Sales and marketing manager, Ryan Mifflin explains: “We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an exemplary service and are constantly seeking new ways to improve our existing service. Retailer Connect not only saves the customer time and money, but means that they only have to dial our 08452 60 20 40 number and tell the operators in which area of the UK they are situated, to be instantly connected with one of our regional collectors. It is a seamless link ensuring the tyre retailer is connected to the correct Sapphire Regional Collector improving service and the professional service we offer.”
The service, set up by Windsor Telecoms, was launched at Sapphire’s bi-annual forum for their regional collectors. Delegates at the forum also discussed a range of key issues that affect the tyre collection industry including Sapphire’s current policy to deliver the health and safety message to all operators.
