ATSE Develops Customer Support System
ATS Euromaster recently developed a unique customer support system based on a single contact number into ATS Euromaster’s call centre in Aston, Birmingham. The service operates 24/7, 365 days a year with over 250 people handling calls. According to the company, the system uses satellite mapping technology and communications systems to quickly locate the tyre breakdown and activate the nearest unit. In addition, tyre stocks will be increased at regional centres, in a move designed to dramatically cut tyre replacement times.
Ian Stuart, group managing director for ATS Euromaster, said: “ATS Euromaster has been keeping trucks on the road for more than 40 years but we are always looking at ways of saving our customers even more time. We have therefore taken what was already the UK’s leading truck tyre breakdown service and added a new service that can deliver the greatest levels of road transport efficiency and safety available in the UK.”
