Touchless Wins Automechanika Innovation Award

A new state of the art wheel aligner that is completely ‘non contact’ has arrived in the UK, and pundits say the launch will have a dramatic impact on the way the industry has traditionally viewed wheel aligner technology. “Touchless” has been developed by Beissbarth, and was showcased at last year’s Autopromotec trade fair in Bologna, Italy. An undoubted star of the show, “Touchless” drew the biggest number of visitors to the Beissbarth stand, as crowds were introduced to this latest addition to the company’s family of wheel aligners.

“Touchless” also took centre stage at Automechanika, the International Trade Fair for the Automotive Industry held in Frankfurt, where it scooped the show’s prestigious Innovation Award 2006.
