Pirelli’s Gori to Address Tire Society

Francesco Gori, CEO of Pirelli Tire, will make the opening address at the 25th annual Tire Society meeting and conference on Tire Science and Technology in Akron, Ohiotoday. Gori, who has led the Italian tyre maker since 2001 and has been a Pirelli manager for the past 28 years, is the architect of many of Pirelli’s current successes. He is expected to talk on the current challenges facing the tyre business and how Pirelli has embraced technology to achieve its profitability objectives.
