New Sizes Added to Interstate Range

As part of its continuing size updating programme, Interstate Tires is introducing two new popular sizes. From December 2006 Interstate Sport IXT-1 will be available in 225/55R16 RF (reinforced) 99W, while the Interstate Sport IXT-1 will also come in 235/45R17 RF 97W. The Sport IXT-1 is described as an Ultra High Performance tyre with a directional pattern.

The Sport IXT-1 boasts a special performance compound and tread pattern, for “incredible road holding in all conditions, especially in wet.” The programme runs from 13 to 18 inches and is available up to W-speed-rating and lots of XL load indexes. .
