Motaquip Launches Web Portal Facility

In order to enhance the service offered to its factor customers, aftermarket parts supplier Motaquip has launched a new Web Portal facility – www.motaquipinfo.net, which is designed to provide a gateway to all Motaquip systems, including ordering, pricing and data, product support, credit claims, promotions and advice features.

New, interactive features on the Web Portal include an improved credit claims system, a new lubricants catalogue, a bulk oil ordering system, enhanced delivery and invoicing information and advice features to support customers in the running of their businesses.

Says customer service manager John Truman: “Because the information is online, it means everything can be updated regularly, keeping our factor customers up-to-date with the latest information. The Portal is an instrumental part of our communications strategy with our customers, and it will be followed by a comprehensively-revised Public website later in the year.”
