Kwik-Fit Fleet Wins Pendragon Deal

Kwik-Fit Fleet has won a two-year sole supply contract with Pendragon Group to supply fast-fit and tyre management services to the three contract hire and fleet management companies within the organisation. The new deal, which Kwik-Fit Fleet won after fighting off competition in a competitive tender, means Britain’s largest independent fast-fit company will supply services to the 25,178 vehicles operated by Pendragon Contracts, Bramall Contracts and Vardy Contract Motoring.

Pendragon Contracts and Bramall Contracts were already among Kwik-Fit Fleet’s major contract hire and leasing company customers and the addition of Vardy Contract Motoring follows Pendragon Group’s acquisition of the company earlier this year. Pendragon Group divisional managing director Neal Francis said: “We prefer a common supplier across the businesses and opted for Kwik-Fit because of the breadth of its centre network, its mobile tyre fitting service which will reduce vehicle and driver downtime, and the wide range of branded tyres available through the tyre management facility.

“We wanted to give all our customers a choice of premium brands aligned with class leading standards of service at the most competitive price. We believe we have done that by signing a new Group-wide two-year contract with Kwik-Fit Fleet.”
