Autopromotec Makes The Going Easy

The organisers of Autopromotec 2007 have entered into a number of agreements with travel companies and hotels in order to make it easier for visitors to travel to and find accommodation close to the exhibition, which is scheduled for Bologna from 23-27 May next year.

These deals include an agreement with a major travel agency to allot the main hotels in the area at special rates. These rates apply to hotels in Bologna and on the Adriatic coast of Emilia Romagna, where the accommodation is combined with a free coach service to the exhibition and back to the hotel. The organisers have also renewed their agreement with Air France for competitive air fares from many countries. Bologna has daily connections with Paris and most other major European cities.

Around 77,000 domestic and 16,000 foreign visitors are expected at the 2007 Autopromotec show.
