GPX South West Expands into New Warehouse

GPX Tire has moved into a new 143,000 square foot warehouse in Fairbanks Industrial Park just outside of downtown Houston, Texas (9700 W. Wingfoot Drive). According to the company, the larger facility allows GPX to meet the growing demand for GPX tyres in the region.

“This new facility almost doubles our existing location and is in a great location to better serve our customers,” said Bob Arnold, Regional Manager for GPX. “With all that the new facility offers – extra space for inventory and an increased number of dock doors, we are positioned to service both existing and new GPX Dealers significantly quicker in the South West USA.”

The new warehouse further complements GPX’s extensive warehouse network that offers same-day and next-day service to over 80 per cent of the US market. GPX operates 10 Distribution Centers (DC) throughout the US and Canada as well as the only mixing warehouse in the tyre industry located in Tanggu Port, China.
