State-of-the-Art Warehouse Opens in Bahrain

In Bahrain, Abdulla Yousif Fakhro & Sons (AYF) has invested $1 million in a newly built warehouse and storage centre for Dunlop tyres. The facility, in Ma’ameer, has been operational since the start of the month, and the modern design of the building assists ventilation to help in keeping the tyres cool, which is crucial as high temperatures have a negative impact on the life of tyres.

“We are deeply committed to make considerable investment in infrastructure to ensure that our customers receive high quality products by providing modern storage facilities in line with the international standards” said AYF Trading Division general manager Jacob Thomas. “Dunlop is one of the largest selling tyres in the Kingdom and we want to ensure that all our customers have a safe driving experience.” About 350 technicians from leading automobile service centres across Manama attended a meeting earlier this month to understand customer satisfaction through the eyes of technicians. The event, at the Palace Hotel, was organised on behalf of the world-renowned brands Dunlop Tyres and Mobil Lubricants.
