Maha Introduces Extended ATL/MOT Lift

Maha has introduced a four-post lift which will be able to test vehicles with a wheel base exceeding 4.4 metres, in both the MOT and ATL configuration. With the introduction of the new range of vans with a wheelbase exceeding 4.4 metres, most class VII lifts will not be able to lift these vehicles when the front wheels are on the turn plates or the shaker plates.

Maha says it will also be able to modify its existing class VII lift to enable MOT/ATL workshops to test new long wheelbase vans. Maha has now installed a large number of the new ATL lanes for both class IV and VII and have become the market leader in the supply of vehicle test lanes for both the passenger car and the commercial vehicle market.
