Taylor Gets Another Term at Titan Helm

(Akron/Tire Review) Morry Taylor was again elected chairman and CEO of holding company Titan International Inc. Stockholders re-elected Taylor and elected new board members at the company 18 May annual meeting, held at Titan’s recently acquired Freeport, Illinois agricultural tyre plant.

Erwin Billig and Anthony Soave were re-elected by the stockholders to serve as directors for three-year terms. Ernest Rodia was confirmed as Titan’s executive vice president and COO, while Kent Hackamack was named vice president of finance and treasurer and Cheri Holley was approved as vice president and secretary.
