Kwik-Fit Fleet Extends Arval Contract into Third Decade
Arval’s decision to sign a further contract with Kwik-Fit Fleet follows a comprehensive review of fast-fit provision to customers that has seen the Swindon-based company reduce from three its number of preferred suppliers in the sector. Nick Saunders, head of relationship management in Arval’s network development division, said: “The majority of our business with Kwik-Fit Fleet has been tyre replacement. But with the new contract we are looking to more extensively utilise other fast-fit services including brake repairs and MoT.” Kwik-Fit Fleet tyreline controllers based at Arval offices in Swindon and Birmingham handle all fast-fit authorisation and billing.
Mr Saunders added: “Arval has enjoyed a lengthy relationship with Kwik-Fit Fleet because it is an organisation we feel very comfortable in working with. Kwik-Fit Fleet is a company that I personally feel confident in and I believe our customers find Kwik-Fit Fleet responsive and easy to use – whether through visible High Street centres or the convenient Kwik-Fit Mobile facility.” Nigel Davies, UK fleet sales director of Kwik-Fit Fleet, said: “Our new contract with Arval means that Kwik-Fit will increase its share of the company’s fast-fit business. Our industry-leading customer service coupled with our responsiveness and focus on innovation as the fast-fit sector’s number one operator has played a key part in enabling the company to extend its long-standing business relationship with Arval well into a third decade.”
