US Tyre Efficiency Study Results Due

In the USA the results of the National Academy of Sciences’ National Tire Efficiency Study that began at the end of 2004 are due to be released this week.

The study, sponsored by the National Highways Traffic Safety Administration, was implemented to consider the relationship between low rolling resistance, fuel consumption and mileage for passenger car and light truck tyres.
