Kara Gostar – Mould manufacturer

Kara Gostar Eng. Co. will be showing examples from its range of moulds for the tyre industry at this year’s Essen show. The company was established as a tyre mould manufacturer in 1991 and manufactures 400 sets of moulds per year. A team of experienced and skilled engineers, backed up by updated hardware and software, incorporate the most recent developments in tyre mould production into customer tyre moulds.

The company manufactures almost all kinds of tyre moulds, with rim diameters from 6 to 42-inches, and the range includes the following: Segmented moulds with aluminium precision casting and aluminium or steel engraving by 5-axis milling machine. Two piece moulds with aluminium single segments inserted into the steel mould back or steel engraved single segments inserted into steel mould back. The tread pattern sparked by Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Other products include bladder moulds, tube moulds, flap moulds and building drums.
