“A World of Tyres” at the Marangoni Village
The Marangoni Group will this year share one impressive stand at the Reifen exhibition. This initiative will be called the “Marangoni Village” and will feature all the latest news, products, technology and services offered in the Marangoni Group’s areas of business: For Car Tyres, the Marangoni high and ultra high performance car tyre ranges, together with specialist winter and SUV products, will be on show.
Retreading Systems: the revolutionary RINGTREAD retreading system for truck tyres is the only retread that has the same shape as the tyre, says Marangoni. It is a precured tread in the shape of a ring that adheres perfectly to the tyre casing, without joints and without deforming the tread pattern in any way. In addition to the Ringtread system, the Italian group, together with its Ellerbrock subsidiary, will also be showing new products from the Kontour and PRL lines of precured tread strips, as well as machinery for efficient and safe retreading.
Commercial & Industrial Tyres: Marangoni is the European leader in retreads for trucks, earthmoving machines and industrial materials-handling vehicles. A complete range, featuring specific profiles and compounds for all applications, is offered, including industrial tyres for fork lift trucks, solid and pneumatic. There is also a range of new truck tyres, the M series. This is a major asset for Marangoni in a market where the ability to offer both new and retreaded tyres is a must for manufacturers and customers.
“The fact that our Group’s activities will all be sharing one large stand,” the Group President Mr. Mario Marangoni commented, “not only highlights the size of the Marangoni Group, but above all is a tangible expression of our exceptional capabilities in the rubber industry, which allow us to offer, within the same industrial group, a vast range of integrated solutions for the entire tyre world.”
The Marangoni Group is active in all the phases in the lifecycle of the tyre, from supplying machinery for the tyre manufacturer, through to the supply of new tyres and retreads and, finally, ending the cycle with the generation of energy from thermal processing of scrap tyres.
With an established industrial structure that includes ten manufacturing sites in Italy, Germany, North America and Brazil, the Group operates in the main European and American markets through numerous branches and a chain of over 50 sales outlets in northeast Italy. The Marangoni Group’s current annual turnover is more than 300 million euro.
