Pirelli-Shod Aston Martins on Sebring Podium

In the 12-hour Sebring endurance race, the two Pirelli-shod Aston Martin Racing DBR 9s finished second and third, 1 minute 28 seconds behind Corvette Racing’s C6-R. Aston Martin team driver Tomas Enge set the fastest lap of the race in 1 minute 56.573 seconds.)

The two Aston Martins started in the top two positions in the gruelling race, which involved 661 laps of the Sebring circuit – some 2,445 miles in all – at speeds up to 168 mph.
