Floor Space for Tyrexpo Africa Selling Fast
(Southern Africa/SA Treads) The launch of Tyrexpo Africa 2006 has been met with excellent response from both national and international exhibitors. Reaction from the local sector to the show – scheduled to take place from 12-14 September 2006 at the Sandton Convention Centre – Johannesburg, has not only been positive, is has secured buy-in from major players in the industry and confirmed our own suspicions – a dedicated tyre show of this kind was long overdue in our corner of the world! Already, at this early stage, over 50 percent of stand space has been booked up.
Tyrexpo Africa 2006 will be the only independent tyre trade event focusing on every aspect of the tyre industry within South Africa and neighbouring African countries. For manufacturers or suppliers of tyres, tyre equipment or fast-fit equipment, the Show will deliver buyers and decision makers from across the entire spectrum of the industry. The Show will target retailers, wholesalers, end-users, tyre disposal firms, fast-fit outlets and the accessory trade.
It will feature tyres and tyre technology, retreads and retreading equipment, tyre production equipment, wheels, wheel alignment technology, tyre repair and tyre changing equipment, fast-fit and garage equipment, balancing, valves, tools, workshop management software, nitrogen inflation, buffing equipment and tyre recycling and disposal. In short, everything relating to a tyre.
The Sandton Convention Centre and Sandton itself forms a separate, self-sufficient metropolitan node and is characterized by a thriving hotel, business and entertainment district.
Tyrexpo Africa 2006 complements the Tyrexpo Africa (Singapore) and Brityrex International (United Kingdom) series of events, currently organized by ECI International Ltd.
A comprehensive international marketing programme has been implemented to bring a target audience to Tyrexpo Africa 2006. Visitor pre-registration is now open and visitors can pre-register on line via: www.eci-international.com/africa1.htm.
