Michelin Accuses Aeolus Tyre of Infringement
Michelin, the world’s leading tyre manufacturer, has filed a lawsuit to the Beijing Chaoyang Court accusing Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd and its agent Best Choice International Trade Co, Ltd of infringement, new sources have reported.
Michelin has reportedly requested that Aeolus Tyre ceases infringement immediately and pays compensation of 1 million yuan. Layers for Aeolus Tyre reportedly denied infringement and say that the company has patented the rights to the exterior design of its products.
Aeolus Tyre, ranked the 30th largest tyre manufacturer in the world, is headquartered in Jiaozhuo City in China’s Henan Province.
