Goodyear Dunlop Launches New Call Centre
As Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd embarks on a fresh approach to its retail business, the company has employed 18 “top retail professionals” and founded a new call centre based at the heart of Goodyear Dunlop’s Birmingham operations.
With the recent announcement of new investment in Hi-Q, the company has pledged to invest in its training, marketing and systems whilst developing a new franchise programme in order to complement its company owned stores to create a strong nationwide brand.
The fleet market has become extremely complex over recent years. With an increase in SKUs, a dramatic rise in the sheer number of tyres as well as an increasing number of RunOnFlat tyres required to service the Fleet market, according to the company, the need for a dedicated management operation has never been so crucial.
“The launch of this Hi-Q Call Centre is a huge step forward for the Retail Fleet business,” explains Clinton Stopford, Goodyear Dunlop’s consumer operations manager. “This operation completes the circle between fleet, driver and distributor in the most cost-efficient and time efficient way providing a best in class service from a best in class system.”
“We have recruited top associates from the market place who will be based at Goodyear Dunlop’s UK headquarters in Birmingham. This will deliver a cleaner end to end operation, whilst improving costs and developing Hi-Q into the top service provider for fleets.”
