MD Quits Kraiburg
Kraiburg Austria and Managing Director Ludger Boeck have agreed to part company by mutual consent and with immediate effect. The reasons for this are differences of opinion relating to the strategic alignment of the company.
His temporary successors are the managing directors of Kraiburg Austria as recorded in the register of companies, as well as Kraiburg Group partners Fritz M. Schmidt, Ralph-Uwe Westhoff and Daniela Schmidt.
The operational management is being taken over by deputy managing director and authorised signatory Thorsten Schmidt. The official successor is to be decided upon early next year.
