Kraiburg Austria strengthens customer service
Kraiburg Austria aims at increasing its market share by integrating end-users. As part of this strategy the company offers its retreader partners a comprehensive service package which includes modules for improving productivity and for providing support in advising users and selling the right tread patterns.
To enhance this service, Kraiburg has brought an additional industry expert onto the team. Thus, since October, Michael Schwämmlein (40) has been assisting Kraiburg in providing customers with advice and support
Having worked in the tyre industry for more than 15 years, Michael Schwämmlein has acquired broad-ranging expertise at Michelin in various task areas. For example, he was product manager for the retreading division, was involved in the field of development, commissioning and the optimisation of large production facilities for trucks, has supported key fleet accounts on the sales side and was responsible for providing technical support for the retreading and repair divisions.
Michael Schwämmlein is also known in the industry due to his active participation in various committees, such as, for example, in the working group “Reifentechnik / Autoservice” of the federal association ‘Bundesverband Reifenhandel und Vulkaniseur-Handwerk eV’ (BRV) and as a technical lecturer at Stahlgruber.
