Chinese Mould Maker Grows in Influence

Xiamen-based Shengjeng Machinery Co, Ltd was founded in 2000. Since then, the rubber mould manufacturer’s customer base has swollen to include well-known companies such as Chengshin (the maker of Maxxis tyres). The company employs more than 150 people and reportedly turns over $1,000,000 each year. 40 per cent of the moulds they produce are for export.

According to the company, Shengjeng is based on the concept of “management – honest, quality – highest, client – satisfied” and the principle of “pursuing truth and high efficiency, expanding and creating.” Shengjeng accumulates solid technical power through the technical workers’ hard work and years of production experience, according to the official web site.

Shengjeng produces all kinds of tyre moulds including moulds for bicycle, motorcycle, agricultural vehicle, engineering vehicle, truck and so on, as well as for auxiliary products including inner tubes. Shengjeng representatives say they use modern production technology and strict quality certification systems and all products adopt CAD designs and CAM processes in manufacture.
