Kwik-Fit Fleet Appointments Herald Business Offensive
According to Kwik-Fit Fleet’s corporate accounts director Nigel Davies, the Business Drive Card has proved particularly attractive to SMEs as they look to further increase their cost base. He adds: “We believe the business potential is huge and that is why we are expanding our BDC telesales function at our Tannochside HQ.” Around 50,000 BDCs are in circulation and they cover all motoring needs, from tyres and exhausts, windscreen repair or replacement, servicing, breakdown and car hire.
Kwik-Fit Fleet is also promoting its range of services, such as mobile fitting, which can save SMEs valuable time.
The new appointees have a wealth of experience in the automotive sector. Justin Edgington joined Kwik-Fit Fleet earlier this year, having spent seven years with Michelin, latterly as key account manager – car fleets. In his new role he will manage a team of 11 area sales managers and over 3,000 accounts throughout the country.
Paul Jones has spent 16 years in the motor trade as a technician, service manager and account manager. His most recent position was with Drive Assist, as an area manager selling credit hire into car bodyshops across the North West.
